This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-

“ to declare the action of the Respondent No 5 in issuing Memo vide Rc No 86/A/2024 dated 13-08-2025 based on GOMS No 273 dated 12-08-2025 without issuing any prior notice to the petitioner deviating from the original terms of GOMS No 210 dated 30-09-2024 with retrospective effect as illegal, arbitrary, violative of GOMS No 210 dated 30-09-2024 besides violative of the Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents to not to deviate from the terms of GOMS No 210 dated 30-09-2024”. 2. Ms. Anupama, learned counsel, representating Smt. M. Sumalatha, learned counsel for the Petitioner on record, sought permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
