1.GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent Nos.4 and 5 at the behest of respondent Nos.6 and 7 and also they are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed OS.No.5 of 2011 against the 6*^ respondent and the said suit was decreed on
10.04.2018. However, the respondents 6 and 7 have been interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of petitioners and also interfering in the agricultural activities of the petitioners. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police have registered a complaint vide Crime No. 17 of 2025 and also filed charge sheet against the petitioners. 2. 3. 2 A ' Be that as it may, the 7'^ respondent along with two others filed OS.No.? of 2025 against the petitioners claiming the ownership of the property admeasuring Ac.0.27 cents, which the petitioners are also claiming. Considering the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the present writ petition is disposed off as the complaint of the petitioners has been taken on file by the learned Magistrate and leaving it open for the petitioners to redress their grievance before the appropriate forum.
