Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to proceed with the appeal filed by the petitioner before Respondent No.2.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioner to proceed with the appeal before Respondent No.2. There shall be no order as to costs.
