GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: 5 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not receiving the application forms for issuance of fees reimbursement under the E.B.C. Category as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to receive the application forms from the petitioners by changing the programme in the Online System and forward the applications of the petitioners to consider the issuance of fees reimbursement under the E.B.C. Category. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Hemanth Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.Kiran Tirumalasetti, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
