JUSTICE R.NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 09.09.2024 and consequently, to provide a job verification letter. 2. The petitioner contends that his mother was employed in the Department of Education and that she died while in service on 28.04.2022. The petitioner sought appointment on compassionate grounds by filing a representation before the Block Education Officer, Kalaburgi on 01.04.2023. The petitioner contends that he was directed to place on record a no objection certificate from the respondent. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation dated 09.09.2024 requesting the respondent to issue the no objection certificate for job verification. He contends that he was earlier involved in two criminal cases registered at Raghavendra Nagar police station and by the Juvenile Justice Board at Kalaburgi in SC No.19/2022 and JC No.63/2017 respectively, which were finally closed on 17.02.2023 and 21.11.2020 respectively. The petitioner therefore seeks for direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 09.09.2024. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:1252 WP No. 200438 of 2025 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law, if reasonable time is given. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, without recording any finding on the merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2024 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. This shall be done within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. The petitioner shall furnish a copy of the representation dated 09.09.2024 along with a copy of this order before respondent within one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
