Counsel for the Petitioner submits that actually, the Petitioner has submitted the Form-VI-A Application bearing No.TARMU0118003684 on 2 14.07.2018, but the date of Application in the Writ Affidavit bearing W.P.No.29447 of 2018 is wrongly mentioned as 28.03.2018. In the Order of the Writ Petition dated 21.08.2018 itself, this wrong date 28.03.2018 is reflected. 3. On query of this Court, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has not filed any Application seeking modification of the Order dated 21.08.2018 in W.P.No.29447 of 2018. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner would therefore seeks to withdraw this Contempt Case with liberty to file a fresh Application in the Form of VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. 4. Having so recorded, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Respondent to dispose of the fresh Application submitted by the Petitioner by passing a Speaking Order in accordance with law within statutory period of 30 days from the date of Application submitted by the Petitioner and communicate such order to the Petitioner forthwith. Let the Application be submitted by the Petitioner within one week from the date of uploading of this Order on the web-site of this Court 5.
