This M.C.C. application has been filed for modification in para 2 and para 4 of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed in WPC No.5879/2024, wherein some typographical mistake has cropped up, as utilization of land of petitioner has been mentioned as “Submergence Area of Arpa Bhaisajhaar Bairaj” instead of “Construction of Canal of Arpa Bhaisajhaar Bairaj Project”. 2 3. Aforesaid facts are also submitted by the counsel for both the parties. 4. On due consideration, this M.C.C. is allowed and it is ordered in the order passed by this Court in WPC 5879/2024 dated 09.12.2024 in last fifth line of para 2, in place of words, “under submergence area of the Bairaj” words “construction of canal under Arpa Bhaisajhaar Bairaj” be substituted and in last third line of para 4, in place of words, “which has been utilized as submergence area of the Arpa Bhaisajhaar Bairaj” words“which has been utilized for construction of Canal under Arpa Bhaisajhaar Bairaj Project” be substituted and the said order be read with the aforesaid modification. 5. Rest of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in WPC No.5879/2024 shall remain intact. 6. With the aforesaid modifications, instant M.C.C. is allowed. 7. This order shall form part of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in WPC No.5879/2024. Registry is directed to attach the copy of this order along with the order dated 09.12.2024 passed in WPC No.5879/2024.
