GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari declaring the action on the part of the Respondent No.3 in registering an FIR against the Petitioner based on the false allegations complaint dated 20.03.2021 as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to quash the F.I.R in Cr. No 145 of 2021 registered at Nuzvid Police Station against the Petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that police after conducting investigation in Crime No.145 of 2021 filed charge sheet vide S.C.No.74 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid. 3. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
