This writ petition has been filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in granting clearance/ permission for installation of a Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower of the 4th respondent on the roof top of the 5th respondent house in S.No.71/1,4 Plot No.58, Sirigudi Nagar, Yendada, Visakhapatnam, without calling objections from the neighbouring residents, public and contrary to the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms. No.380, dt.01.08.2013 and also in violation of G.O.Ms. No.146, dated 19.06.2015. 2. Today, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.15293 of 2015, dated 04.04.2025. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioners are granted liberty to re-agitate their grievance before the Principal Secretary to Government, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department, in accordance with law, if so advised.
