Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to some bonafide unavoidable circumstance, the default could not be rectified within two weeks and the same now has been rectified. Hence, prays for restoration of the MCC. 7. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore MAC No.930/2016. 8. Accordingly, present MCC is allowed and MAC No.930/2016 is restored to its original number. 9. Let MAC No.930/2016 be listed for hearing tomorrow i.e. 22.01.2025.
