The present petition has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 “It is therefore prayed, that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 31/07/14 passed by 2nd Additional Session Judge Durg (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No.93/13 confirming the Conviction and order of Sentence dated 29/04/13 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Class-1 Durg (C.G.) in Complaint case No.1755/11, the petitioner be acquitted of the offence U/s 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in compliance with the Court’s order dated 08.07.2025, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre. Pursuant thereto, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre on 21.07.2025, and the matter was successfully settled between them. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present revision petition is disposed of, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 5.
