ORDER :
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondents in not paying the suspension allowance during the period from 11.04.2025 to 08.07.2025 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is working as Conductor in Respondent No.2-Corporation and was suspended from service vide proceedings dated 11.04.2025. Subsequently, the Petitioner was reinstated into service on 08.07.2025. The grievance of the Petitioner now is with regard to suspension allowance.
3. Learned standing counsel would submit that the Petitioner should submit application in a prescribed format for the Respondent- authorities to consider.
3. Having heard the respective submissions, the writ petition is
disposed of with the following directions: (i) The Petitioner is directed to submit an application in prescribed format to the Respondent-authorities for suspension of allowance for the period from 11.04.2025 to 08.07.2025.
