Issue a writ, order or direction, directing the Judge Khafifa, Gorakhpur to hear and decide the S.C.C. Suit No. 17 of 2021 (Abdul Shaheed Quraishi vs. Sanjay Dubey), within stipulated period." In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Judge Khafifa, Gorakhpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
