On 08.10.2025, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17275 of 2023 dated 20.12.2023 is complied with. However, the matter was adjourned to 14.10.2025 for obtaining instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 14.10.2025, again the matter was adjourned to 17.10.2025 for obtaining instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and no instructions were placed before this Court. It appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter. 3. In view of the compliance reported by learned counsel for the respondents, contempt case is closed. 4.
