It is an application for restoration of the WPC No. 727/2013 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 02/11/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not appear in the case when the matter was called for hearing and the same was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02/11/2023. 3. Earlier he has filed an application for restoration of WPC No. 727/2013 vide MCC No. 565/2024 which has been dismissed as withdrawn on 04/12/2024 with liberty to file a fresh and duly constituted application and thereafter he filed the instant application for restoration of the WPC No. 727/2013. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents have objected. 5. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 6.
