GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an order or a direction or a writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2 Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner over his undisputed Ac. 0.47 Cents of land out of Ac. 0.99 Cents in Sy. No. 247/B2 of Akumalla Village fields of Sanjamala Mandal of Nandyal District at the instance of the unofficial Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, particularly when a suit in O.S. No. 74/2023 on the file of the Learned Junior Civil Judge's Court, Koilakuntla is pending between the. Petitioner and unofficial respondent Nos. 5 to 7, and when an ad-interim injunction is granted in favour of the Petitioner herein as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and to consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession of the Petitioner over the above stated undisputed land” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint made by respondent No.6, the police registered a case in Crime No.125 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC against the petitioner and others. During the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer examined LWs 4 to 7 and recorded their statements, and found that the complaint lodged by the complainant is purely false and baseless. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
