This MCC is filed seeking extension of time as granted by this Court in its order dated 19.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C.) No. 2 4678 of 2024, directing respondents No. 3 to 7 therein to take decision on the representation dated 17.08.2023, submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of order. 2. Learned counsel for applicants submits that pursuant to order passed by this Court, applicants / authorities are taking necessary steps, however, since requisite information is required to be gathered from number of authorities situated geographically at different locations for deciding representation in accordance with correct facts, applicants/ authority needs some more time and prays for further three months time to comply with the order dated 19.09.2024 3. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 opposes submission made by learned counsel for applicants and would submit that considering nature of dispute, this Court has already granted sufficient time. 4. Taking into consideration submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this MCC is allowed. 5. Further three months time, from today, is granted to comply with the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(C.) No. 4678 of 2024 in its order dated 19.09.2024.
