The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents specially the Secretary of the 5th respondent in demolishing/removing the tombs and leveling the land in an extent of Ac.0-64 cents in Sy.No.203 of West Bapatla Village, (donka poramboke), Bapatla Mandal, Guntur District and intending to assign the same for house sites under the Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki Illu Scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel relying upon the counter affidavit of the 5th respondent submit that in fact the land was proposed for distribution of house sites in Sy.Nos.204, 207 and 208 and the subject land of this writ petition is not touched for the above said publicepurpose. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.11200 of 2020
