At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the impugned order dated 12.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has been relieved today itself and the petitioner desires to challenge the same. Thus, he prays that the competent authority in seisin of the representation dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) be directed to dispose of the same in a time bound manner and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the relieving order. 2. Having been served an advance copy of the writ petition, Mr. Indresh Goel, Senior Panel Counsel, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents and waives service. He submits that the representation dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) would be lawfully disposed of by the competent authority within the time frame that may be stipulated by the Court.
