1. This is an office reference.
2. 2 with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Dantewada (C.G.) has sent his request letter dated 11.12.2024 for grant of further two months time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the presiding Judge has been transferred elsewhere and he has taken charge as presiding officer only on 07.12.2024. It further transpires that the Investigating Officer is currently posted in the remote sensitive area and it is likely that the case will take time to be resolved. Hence, a prayer is made for extension of time in conclusion of the trial.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
