This Contempt petition has been preferred by the applicant under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 26.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No.3693/2021. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that order under contempt has been complied with by the respondent authorities and applicant is fully satisfied with the said compliance. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent conceded the submission of learned counsel for applicant that the order under contempt has been complied with. 2 4. In view of the fact that respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 26.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No.3693/2021 of this Court, as contended by both the parties. Thus, no case of contempt is made out, as such I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter, initiating contempt proceeding against the respondent. 5.
