Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider the F-line application of the petition dated 20.01.2025 and pass appropriate order in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders if any, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 5. an With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
