Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28476 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.316 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28476 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
