The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.02.2025 corrected on 04.03.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 40460 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that a Cheque No. 894420 dated 17.05.2025 of Rs. 50,000/- has been issued to the applicant which was received by the husband of the applicant namely Shri Kedar Lal Sharma on 19.05.2025. The copy of the said cheque as well as application dated 19.05.2025 have also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the proceedings passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
