When the matter was listed on 11.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was
directed to be posted under the caption of ‘For Dismissal’ on 18.08.2025. On 18.08.2025 also there was no representation on their behalf. Hence, the matter was again listed on 10.09.2025. Even on that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
2. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the 4th respondent is operating the petrol bunk since the year 2011.
3. Considering the submission made by learned Standing Counsel, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
