The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent No.2 in issuing preliminary notification dated 03.03.2020 under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 whereby proposed to acquire the agricultural lands an extent of Ac.1.06 cents of petitioner No.1, and Ac.0.30 cents of petitioner No.2 respectively covered by Sy.No.171-1 situated at Velagathodu Village, Mandapeta Mandal, East Godavari District, by exempting procedure contemplated under Chapters II and III of Act 30 of 2013, and all consequential proceedings. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 20.09.2025 submits that the 2nd respondent issued withdrawal notification to the subject lands as per the proceedings dated Nil.03.2021 as alternative lands were identified for the purpose of Providing House Sites under welfare scheme. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the court record. 4
