(Oral) Present C482 application has been filed by the applicant along with the compounding application (IA/2/2024) for quashing the charge- sheet dated 25.06.2023, summoning order dated 20.10.2023 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.3416 of 2023 State Vs. Jatin Sharma and Ors., for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and the entire proceedings of aforementioned criminal case, on the basis of a compromise entered into between the parties. 2. This Court vide previous order dated 28.02.2025 directed the parties to the proceedings to appear before the District Legal Services Authority, District Udham Singh Nagar on 10.03.2025, who, in turn, was directed to record the statements of parties 2025:UHC:2017 2 and verify the contents of the affidavits filed along with the compounding application. 3. The compliance report of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, District Udham Singh Nagar dated 10.03.2025 is available on record. 4. From perusal of the compliance report, it is evidently clear that both the parties have entered into compromise and there is no dispute pending between them as they have settled their disputes amicably. Parties were also duly identified before the said authority. 5. In this view of the matter, Compounding Application (IA/2/2024) is allowed. As a result, entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3416 of 2023 State Vs. Jatin Sharma and Ors., pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, are hereby quashed qua the applicant-Neha Sharma. Consequently, the charge- sheet dated 25.06.2023, also stands quashed qua the applicant-Neha Sharma. 6. C482 application stands disposed of accordingly. 7.
