The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 180/2024 arising out of Arki P.S. Case No. 68/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 491/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti. On 21.12.2023, husband of the informant was murdered by named accused Bulkan Samad and 7 to 8 unknown persons. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Bulkan Samad. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ashish Purty has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.593 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti, in connection with S.T. Case No. 180/2024 arising out of Arki P.S. Case No. 68/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 491/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
