At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submits that the petitioner was eligible for promotion to the post of Principal since 1999, but he has been granted promotion vide order dated 06.10.2018 w.e.f 05.06.2013. She further submits that the petitioner has not been granted promotion from the year 1999, therefore, she has filed representation Annexure P/2 before the respondent No.1, but the same has not been decided yet. 2. She further submits that this petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to decide the representation Annexure P/2 filed by the petitioner. She further submits that she is ready to filea fresh representation as per Annexure P/2 and respondent No.1 may be directed to decide the same within a specific period provided by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has not opposed the aforesaid limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation as per Annexure P/2 along 3 with copy of this order within two weeks from today. In the event of filing such a fresh representation within the specified period, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider the same and decide it in accordance with law within further period of 90 days from the date of filing of fresh representation along with copy of this order by the petitioner. 5.
