The challenge in the present writ petition is to the recruitment process initiated by the respondent No.2-All India Institute of Medical Science, Raipur. The said institution has since been notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the forum for adjudicating the dispute pertaining to the recruitment process and service conditions of the employees to be appointed and working in the respondent No.2 establishment, is the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2. In view of the aforesaid legal position, as it stands, the petitioner prays for transfer of this petition to the Central Administrative Tribunal at Jabalpur. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4.
