The applicants have been admitted to interim bail by this court in terms of order dated 30.09.2025 in case FIR No. 83 of 2025 of Police Station Kokernag, registered for the commission of offences punishable in terms of Sections 74, 191 (2), 126 (2), 115 (2), 109, 324 (4), 351 (3), 309 (4) of BNSS subject to certain conditions incorporated therein. 2. Subsequent thereto, the Investigating Officer had appeared before this Court on 26.12.2025 along with case diary who stated before this Court that the petitioners are not cooperating with the Investigating Agency inasmuch as they failed to turn up to the appearance calls. 3. This Court while recording the statement of the IO observed that the concession of interim bail granted to the applicants shall be withdrawn in case the applicants do not cooperate with the investigating officer as and when called. Learned counsel for the respondents was asked to report on the next date as to whether the petitioners are cooperating with the investigating agency. 4. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the applicants are fully cooperating with the Investigating Agency. 5. In view of above, the interim bail granted in favour of the applicants in terms of order dated 30.09.2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions incorporated therein. 6. Disposed of.
