Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these Interlocutory Applications are required to be disposed of by partly modifying the conditions inasmuch as condition No.1 has been relaxed and complied with. With regard to condition No.4 at paragraph No.18 of the common order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.P.Nos.8787 & 8789 of 2025 is hereby modified as follows: <4. Petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned for a period of three (03) months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.= With regard to condition No.5 at paragraph No.18 of the common order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.P.Nos.8787 & 8789 of 2025 is hereby modified as follows: <5. Petitioners shall not leave the limits of the State of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu without the express permission from the Station House Concerned till filing of the charge sheet.= Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.8787 of 2025 and I.A.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.8789 of 2025 are partly allowed. _________ Dr.YLR,J PRA
