This direction, passed by this Court, on 15.12.2025, is sought to be modified by the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that the area in question is an agency area and no Civil Court has jurisdiction over the said area. In the circumstances, the order of this Court dated 15.12.2026 is modified to the extent of paragraph 5 of the said order, in the following manner: <In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of, leaving it open to the appellant or any of the private respondents to approach the Civil Court/District Court/Agent of the Government, for taking necessary steps for getting the dispute referred under Section 76 of the Act 30 of 2013=.
