No. 10577 of 2025 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 03rd day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey of the entire stretch of Ovungal thodu passing through Ward Nos.10, 13, 14 and 15 of Okkal Panchayath as had been requested by the Panchayath and as ordered in Ext.P9 judgment and for a further direction not to finalise the survey pursuant to Ext.P10 without surveying the entire stretch of Ovungal thodu. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P11 seeking the above relief before the 1st respondent and seeks consideration of the same. In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 after hearing the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within two months 2025:KER:28753 WP(C) NO. 10577 OF 2025 3 from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
