Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh for the State respondents is present. Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh for the State respondents has produced one order of this court dated 03.04.2025, passed in PIL No. 19/2021 and submits that the said PIL petition was dismissed for non- prosecution and the order under review, being passed in the said PIL, now lost its relevance and as such, the present petition is also not maintainable and there is also non-representation of the petitioner on 09.12.2024; 26.05.2025; and today, i.e. 03.06.2025 and on account of the same, this review petition may be dismissed. Be it mentioned here that vide order under review, dated 12.07.2022, the application for impleadment of the present petitioner was allowed. Since the PIL, wherein the petitioner herein was impleaded, was dismissed for non-prosecution, nothing left to be decided in this petition. Thus, taking note of the submission of Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh for the State respondents and also considering the facts and circumstances as discussed above, this review petition stands dismissed.
