This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, claiming the following relief: “Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not conducting survey and fix the boundaries for the property admeasuring an extent of 298.28 Sq. yards in Sy.No.483/3, situated in Chinnakambaluru village, Rudravaram Mandal, Nandyal District in view of F-Line Application No.FSNVO12300274027 on 18-12-2024 is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and onsequently direct the 4th respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries o the above mentioned property” 2. Admittedly, the petitioner made Online F-Line Application for conducting survey of the land on 18.12.2024. But, no survey was conducted so far. 3. At the stage of admission, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue admitted about failure of the respondents in conducting survey and requested to pass appropriate orders. 4. Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court deems it appropriate to issue direction to Respondent Nos. 2 & 4 to consider the Online F-Line Application made by the petitioner on 18.12.2024 and conduct survey within three (03) months from the 3 NV,J W.P.No.12332 of 2025 date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, by following the procedure under Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. 5. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.
