The grievance in the writ petition pertains to the nomination of a beneficiary following the death of an employee, and the dispute concerning the legality of the marital status of the nominee. Rival claims have been raised by two women, each asserting to be the lawful spouse of the deceased employee. It is not in dispute that S.O.P. No.19 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, is under enquiry. Further, against the interim order passed in I.A. No.304 of 2021, by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2024 in Civil Revision Petition No. 1966 of 2022, has directed the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge to conclude the enquiry and dispose of the said S.O.P. within a period of six months. In view of the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties to participate in the 3. / 4. I 5. 3 enquiry pending in S.O.P.
