Earlier, petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing Writ A No. 4521/2015 which was disposed of vide order dated 03.02.2015. 2. On basis of aforesaid order, impugned order dated 05.06.2015 was passed whereby claim of petitioner to grant benefit of promotion from a particular date was rejected. 3. This writ petition is pending for more than 10 years, however, since learned advocates for petitioner are not present as well as that there is no substantial averment to point out on irregularity in impugned order and it appears that petitioner is not diligent to pursue his case, therefore, prayer sought in this writ petition cannot be allowed and this writ petition is dismissed. 4.
