The present writ petition is filed seeking a declaring that the action of the respondents in not paying bill amounts to the petitioner for providing CC drain from neem tree to DVC Colony at 7th Ward in Ponnur Municipality, Guntur District under Scheduled Cast Sub Plan which was approved by the Respondents and sent for CFMS vide ID No.2019-236954 for an amount of Rs.31,98,007/- 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have subsequently processed and released the aforesaid final bill amounts payable to the petitioner. It is therefore submitted that the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives for consideration before this Court. 3. Recording the above submission and since nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, the same is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
