Case No. 61 of 2024 arising out of Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 659 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 21(c), 22(c) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. 300 bottles of Codeine Cough Syrup has been recovered from the petitioner, who is in jail since 02.01.2025. 4.
