This is the third bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.263/2023 registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (C.G) for the offence under PRIYANKA VERMA Digitally signed by PRIYANKA VERMA Date: 2025.01.03 15:36:36 +0530

2. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after examination of the prosecutrix vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in MCRC No.4531/2023. The second bail application of the application was rejected on merits vide order dated 10.11.2023 passed in MCRC No.6430/2023.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks a limited prayer to dispose of this Application with a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in an expeditious manner within a stipulated time frame.
4. The prayer is allowed.
5. In view of the above, the bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within next 3 months and if the trial is not concluded in the aforesaid time, the applicant would be at liberty to revive the application. Sd/-
