This petition is field seeking a direction to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in FIR No.170 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023 on the file dof the Kothacheruvu Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a charge sheet has been filed, which was initially returned with certain objections. The said objections have since been complied with, and the charge sheet has been resubmitted. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
