GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.29905 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed declaring the inaction on part of the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent, in registering and disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioners under Section 5-B of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short, 8the Act9) against the mutation of the name of unofficial respondent in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Survey No.282/1 AP situated at Chittamuru Village and Mandal, Tirupati District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. As this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with. 3. The principal grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent, is not entertaining the appeal and disposing of the same, which was filed on 25.11.2024. 4 4. Considering the submissions, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioners on 25.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders based on the records by issuing notice to all concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
