Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:79231 Court No. - 82 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 1930 of 2025 Revisionist :- Ambrish Pratap Singh Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Devendra Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Mohini Jaiswal Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Sri Devendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist submits that the revisionist wants to withdraw this criminal revision. 2. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Ms. Mohini Jaiswal, learned counsel is present for Opposite Party No.2. 4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist submits that the revisionist may be given liberty to challenge the F.I.R. which had been registered pursuant to the order impugned in this criminal revision. 5. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the revisionist and I do not find that any such liberty is needed as the revisionist can always challenge the F.I.R. lodged against him.
