Colony, Near, Church, G.Jambuladinne village Allagadda Mandal Nandyal District ...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondents especially the 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station, at the behest of respondents No.5 to 7 , without any manner of right and threatening him to settle the civil disputes and the same is sub judice before the Honble Court of Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda vide O.S No. 228 of 2022 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with in the civil disputes and not to call the petitioner to the police station and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 4th respondent not to call the petitioner to the police station and harass the petitioner by asking them to settle the issue with respondents No.5 to 7 pending civil litigation on the file of Honble Court of Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda vide O.S No. 228 of 2022, pending disposal of the writ petition, and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: AYESHA AZMA S Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondents especially the 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station, at the behest of respondents No.5 to 7 , without any manner of right and threatening him to settle the civil disputes and the same is sub judice before the Honble Court of Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda vide O.S No. 228 of 2022 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with in the civil disputes and not to call the petitioner to the police station and pass..…”
2. Heard Ms.Ayesha Azma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police have been interfering in purely civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. It is alleged that the petitioner is being frequently called to the police station and pressurized to settle the matter, though the dispute is civil in nature.
04. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the respondent police are not interfering in the subject matter of dispute and are not calling the petitioner to the police station.
05. In the present case, since the learned Assistant Government Pleader has categorically submitted that the police are not interfering in the civil

dispute and no coercive action is being taken against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this matter.
06. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police shall not interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. The police shall not summon or call the petitioner to the police station in connection with the said civil disputes. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
