Heard Sri P.Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners land and threatening to vacate the petitioners from their land. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that in view of the interim order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Order dated 21.06.2023, the police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 3rd parties. 4 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
