On the earlier occasion, the same was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Government pleader. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned and listed today. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. In view of the same, recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader and learned counsel for respondent No.5 that the cheque drawing power has been restored, nothing remains for adjudication and the Writ Petition is liable to be closed. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
