Ms.S.Mahaswetha,
learned counsel, representing Sri M. Ravindra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that she has instructions from the petitioner that the respondent firm was closed and hence this writ petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievance before approprirate forum as and when cause arises.
In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if necessity arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
