2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 680 of 2024 arising out of Tisra (Ghanuadih O.P) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2298 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad.
3. On 09.09.2024, the Informant came to know that her son Pankaj Kumar Nishad was being assaulted by four persons near Lal Garage situated at Mohribandh. The Informant rushed to the place of occurrence. On seeing her, three accused persons fled away. Co-accused Abhishek Mukherjee was found standing there with the leg of a cot.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confession of Abhishek Mukherjee. It was further submitted nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Sunil Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1961 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that bail application of co-accused Abhishek Mukherjee has been rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 34 of 2025.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad in connection with S.T. Case No. 680 of 2024 arising out of Tisra (Ghanuadih O.P) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2298 of 2024.
