Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has been discharging his duties as Line Inspector in Andhra Pradesh and he seeking transfer to Telangana State as such his case cannot be considered after bifurcation of the State. In view of the bifurcation of the State, the petitioner’s request cannot be considered. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
